If you are interested in boxing and willing to train hard, this is the program for you! The boxing program teaches discipline and respect in a structured environment by Edward Jones, member of USA Boxing and operator of Jones Hands on Academy. You will learn the fundamentals of the sport while enhancing your physical fitness, self-confidence, self-discipline and pride.
