This program is designed for ages 3-5, and will focus on physical education and fitness through guided games, activities, and more!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This 3-week youth program introduces kids to the fundamentals of health and fitness through engaging, PE-style games and activities. Participants will learn the basics of physical fitness while building coordination, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Each session features age appropriate games, movement activities, and interactive challenges designed to encourage healthy habits and an active lifestyle. This program will meet Wednesdays from 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Teen Strength & Conditioning (Ages 11-14)
Have your athlete build their strength, confidence, fitness, and athletic ability through fun fitness games, challenging workouts, and movement-based activities. Each session focuses on the 6 essential athlete goals (strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, and muscular balance) while keeping workouts engaging, active, and fun. Whether preparing for a sport or simply looking to get stronger and fitter, participants will be challenged to move better, work harder, and become a stronger you!
Class portions likely to go outside if weather permits (All class locations will be communicated via email prior to the class starting).

Ages 11-14
This age group will meet once a week on
Wednesdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm.

Youth Fitness Club (Ages 7-11)
This program is designed to help your child build overall fitness, confidence, and athletic ability through fun, energetic fitness games and age-appropriate workouts. Each session combines engaging games, movement challenges, skills, and fitness activities that keep kids active while developing the foundation of a well-rounded athlete.
Workouts focus on the 6 essential athlete goals: strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, and muscular balance.
Whether your child is looking to become a stronger athlete or simply wants to be more active and fit, this program creates an exciting environment where fitness feels like play and every workout is a new challenge!
