Pool Party
Ages: 4-14
Registration is open to YMCA of Upper Palmetto Members only.
Saturdays: 12:00pm-2:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm. 3 picnic Tables, two tables and a Tent will be provided outside. Chairs for under neath the canopy will not be provided, but are allowed.
There will be a reserved area for you and your guests which includes 3 picnic tables and Canopy tent for shade. The maximum number of attendees permitted is 30, this number includes children and adults (Members or non-members).
During the 2-hour party, you and your guests will enjoy an hour of swim time activities leaving time for cake and presents. All children 14 and under will be swim tested to determine the area of activities that they may enjoy. Children that receive a green band will have access to all water park activities. All Red Banded Swimmers or non-swim testers will need to wear a lifejacket at all times or be within arm’s reach of a parent at all times (one parent per two children). We will have a limited number of lifejackets for non-swimmer use.
- All posted pool rules must be followed by party guests.
- Swim test decisions made by the lifeguard are final.
- Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted on YMCA premises.
MEMBER FEE: $300
THINGS TO KNOW
- Full amount must be paid to reserve party. (Non-refundable, unless there is inclement weather and the Y had to cancel. Party may be rescheduled if dates are available.)
- 30 guests include children, parents, friends and family. No exceptions due to capacity restrictions.
- Parties must be scheduled in advance. Days and times on the website are what is available.
- Inflatables, innertubes, and floats are not permitted, only U.S. Coast Guard Approved Lifejackets/Puddle Jumpers are allowed.
- Decorations (including balloons), plates, napkins, food, and utensils will need to be brought by the participant, we will not provide it.
